 Establish “RI Korea”- disability right experts  ( 350 experts in the 12 committee in 2006) in 1995

 Rehabilitation, Challenging Past 50 Years with Persons with disabilities

 Held workshop on mid-point review on 2nd welfare  development plan for persons with disabilities

 Organize “Global Challenges for the young adults with disabilities

 Elected Il Yung Lee as RI Vice President in the Asia Pacific Region

 Make effort to host “2012 Seoul Int’l Conference on Disability
